WHO IS COACH E?
Ese 'Coach E' Mrabure is a former 1st round draft pick from the Canadian Football League. He (Mrabure) is a CFL journeyman. This title exemplifies a couple of other things such as perseverance, & adaptability. Coach E's football career began in high school, he was sure to make an impact during his senior year at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Secondary School before taking on the OUA [Ontario University Sports] at Sir Wilfrid Laurier University.
What sets his story apart is his relatively late introduction to the sport, demonstrating that talent can surface at any stage in one's life so long as you keep two actions at the forefront: Consistency and Perseverance! 2 very key elements in success between the lines and outside of sports.

Can I train with The Passrush Sensei if I’m not local?Yes! Our Online Dojo offers virtual sessions, video reviews, pass rush tutorials, and mentorship for players anywhere in the world.

What is included in the film study packages?Film study packages include detailed breakdowns of your game or practice film, technique critiques, situational insights, and development plans. You can choose group film study or 1-on-1 sessions.

What can I expect from your camps?Our camps provide intensive training sessions focusing on technique, agility, and strength. Participants will also have the opportunity to engage in film study and receive feedback from experienced coaches.

Do you only train defensive linemen?While our specialty is defensive line play, we occasionally partner with coaches and professionals for position-specific cross-training and holistic football development.

Where are you based?We operate primarily in Southern Ontario (Cambridge, Waterloo, Mississauga, and the GTA), but we also travel for camps, guest coaching, and team clinics across Canada.
